Tea Ice Cream

Twinings Tea: Favorite Tea

  • 2.5 oz. dry tea
  • 16 oz. sugar
  • 1 oz. arrowroot
  • 4.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  1. Steep loose tea in hot water for about 10 mins. Strain off the infusion and keep aside.
  2. Boil the milk, and while heating, blend the sugar with the arrowroot, add to the milk.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Remove from the heat, add the tea, stir well and freeze in a mold.
