How it Works
The Twinings Auto Delivery program is a convenient service that allows you to have any Twinings product in-stock and available for purchase from our online Tea Shop delivered directly to your doorstep on a schedule that's right for you. From time to time, we'll also send you free samples of our other teas so that you can experience everything that we have to offer.
Choose a delivery schedule that fits your needs
Auto Delivery orders are available in Day, Week or Month periods. You select the frequency you want to receive your order and we'll automatically send it to you. If your needs change, don’t worry – you can change your delivery schedule online at any time.
Creating an Auto Delivery Order
Creating an Auto Delivery order is easy. To start, simply add all of your items to the shopping cart. Next, check the box at the bottom of the shopping cart labeled "Make this a recurring order?". Set your recurring details and then complete the checkout process as normal. Each time we will charge your credit card and ship your order automatically – it's that simple. There's no long-term obligation and you can cancel at any time. Note: Auto Delivery requires a minimum purchase of $15, the same as our standard online orders.
Pay only for what you receive
You'll be charged only for items that ship. The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is processed plus any applicable sales tax. Note: A credit card is required for all Auto Delivery orders.
Changing or Canceling an Auto Delivery Order
You may change or cancel your Twinings Auto Delivery Program order at any time. Just login to My Account and click on the Auto Delivery Orders link under Your Orders. Select the Auto Delivery order you would like to change or cancel. You can remove items from your order or any upcoming shipment (as long as you maintain the $15 purchase minimum), change the frequency of Auto Delivery shipments, and change the ship date. Changing the ship date will reset your default date for Auto Delivery intervals. For example, if your Auto Delivery ships every 4 weeks and you change your ship date to every 6 weeks, you will receive all future Auto Delivery shipments every 6 weeks. To manage/view your Auto Delivery subscription, including adjusting your next order date, putting future shipments on hold, or cancelling, please log in to your account.
