4 tea bags Twinings® Wellness – Nourish
1 cup Freshly-Boiled Water
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 cup Packed Spinach
Bananas, Halved
1 cup Ice Cubes

With herbal tea notes of beetroot, orange and ginger, this tasty smoothie makes a nutritious breakfast, snack or post-workout beverage.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 2

HOW TO

  1. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags; let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; let cool completely.
  2. In blender, purée cooled tea, yogurt, berries, spinach, bananas and ice until smooth.
  3. Divide between 2 tall glasses.

Tip: For a vegan option, substitute coconut yogurt for Greek yogurt.
