HOW TO
- Pour 1 cup (250 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags; let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; let cool completely.
- In blender, purée cooled tea, yogurt, berries, spinach, bananas and ice until smooth.
- Divide between 2 tall glasses.
Tip: For a vegan option, substitute coconut yogurt for Greek yogurt.
