This warm milk tea is the perfect nightcap for a restful and relaxing sleep.

- In small saucepan, heat milk over medium-low heat; cook, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming and starting to simmer. Remove from heat; add tea bags and stir in honey. Let steep for 4 to 5 minutes; remove tea bags.
- Divide steeped tea between 2 mugs; garnish with sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Substitute dairy-free coconut, almond or cashew beverage for milk if desired.
- Froth some of the milk-steeped tea with frother or whisk, then pour over top of tea.
