4 tea bags | Twinings® Herbal – Honeybush, Mandarin & Orange Tea |
¾ cup | Freshly-Boiled Water |
2 cups | Plain Greek Yogurt |
¼ cup | Honey |
1 cup | Soy Sauce |
4 cloves | Garlic, minced |
3 lbs | Bone-in, skin on Chicken Thighs |
This orange tea–marinated chicken is baked until golden brown and sticky for a delicious main dish that the whole family will love.

HOW TO
- Pour 3/4 cup (175 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags; let steep for 4 to 5 Remove tea bags; let cool completely.
- Whisk together tea, yogurt, honey, soy sauce and garlic; toss with chicken thighs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Remove chicken from marinade and pat skin dry with paper towel. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet; bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, and chicken is cooked through.
Tip: Garnish chicken with thinly sliced green onions or toasted sesame seeds if desired.
