⅓ cup | Gin |
2 tbsp | Dry Vermouth |
2 tbsp | Lemon Juice |
1 cup | Ice Cubes |
2 strips | Lemon Peel |
1 cup | Ice Cubes |
With Irish Breakfast–steeped gin, this simple take on a classic dry martini is an adult cocktail that is sure to please.

- Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 4 hours standing time)

HOW TO
- Pour gin into small resealable jar. Add tea bags and seal jar; let stand for 4 to 5 hours to steep. Remove tea bags, squeezing to return liquid to jar.
- Add tea-steeped gin, vermouth and lemon juice to cocktail shaker; fill with ice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosty and very cold.
- Strain cocktail into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with lemon peel.
Tip: Shake cocktail with a pinch of sugar if desired.
