|2 tbsp||Lemon Juice|
|4 tsp||Dijon Mustard|
With tangy lemon and ginger herbal tea as the base, this simple vinaigrette is very versatile. Toss with fresh greens, cabbage slaw or noodles – or drizzle over your favourite power bowl.

- Makes: about 1 cup (250 mL)
- Pour 2/3 cup (150 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags; let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; let cool completely. (You should have about 1/2 cup/125 mL tea.)
- Whisk together tea, oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard and salt.
Tip: Refrigerate in resealable jar for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
