Welcome to the new Twinings website. We have relaunched the site to be more tea shopper and enthusiast-friendly, while maintaining all of the previous functionality. A few notes about the new site:
- Navigation should be familiar- it somewhat mirrors the old site. Note that there are new filtering capabilities once you land on a collection page. For example, want to find a black tea that is also organic? Click on the "Organic" filter button and you will just see those blends.
- For those who have previous accounts, you will have to create a new account. To do so:
- Click "Log In" at the top right of the homepage
- Click "Create Account"
- Enter your name, the email address you used with your last rewards account, and a password
- An activation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided
- Rewards points should carry over to your new account and are linked to the email address you used to create your previous account.
- Gift cards for the old site can be used with the new site and account balances should have carried over.
