Ingredients

4 tea bags Twinings® Herbal – Pomegranate and Raspberry Tea
½  cup Freshly-Boiled Water
2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Honey
1 cup Raspberries
⅓ cup Pomegranate Seeds

This twist on traditional chocolate bark is a healthy frozen treat that everyone will love to snack on.

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 4 hours standing chilling time)
  • Serves: 4

HOW TO

  1. Pour 1/2 cup (125 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags; let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; let cool completely.
  2. Stir together yogurt, cooled tea and honey; spread into 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick layer on parchment-paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with raspberries and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Freeze for at least 3 hours or up to overnight until frozen. Break into bite-size pieces.

Tip: Add a sprinkle of nuts or dried fruit to the bark for added texture.
