This twist on traditional chocolate bark is a healthy frozen treat that everyone will love to snack on.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 4 hours standing chilling time)
- Serves: 4
- Pour 1/2 cup (125 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags; let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; let cool completely.
- Stir together yogurt, cooled tea and honey; spread into 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick layer on parchment-paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with raspberries and pomegranate seeds.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or up to overnight until frozen. Break into bite-size pieces.
Tip: Add a sprinkle of nuts or dried fruit to the bark for added texture.
