This sparkling green iced tea with notes of cranberry, lime, ginger and mint is the perfect summer sipper.

- Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 30 minutes chilling time)
- Serves: 2
- Pour 2 cups (500 mL) freshly boiled water over tea bags. Stir in agave syrup; let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; let cool slightly, then refrigerate until cold.
- Divide cold tea between 2 tall glasses filled with ice. Divide mint and ginger between glasses; top with soda water.
Tip: Garnish each serving with lime wheel if desired. Substitute honey or stevia for agave syrup if preferred.
