2 tea bags Superblends Energizing Matcha
½ cup Freshly-Boiled Water
1 cup Pitted Dates
1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 cup Almonds
½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ cup Chia Seeds
¼ cup Almond Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
¼ tsp Sea Salt
Protein packed, these yummy energizing bites make a tasty and nutritious snack any time of the day.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 2 hours chilling time)

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags. Let steep until cooled completely. Remove tea bags, squeezing to extract all the liquid.
  2. In food processor, purée tea, dates, coconut, almonds, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, coconut oil and salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set. (Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen or up to 1 month.)

Tip: Roll the Bliss Balls in shredded coconut or finely chopped almonds if desired.
